We’re creating a project where companions help elderly people feel less alone — through warm and regular communication. That is why we are in need of a Supervisor for our Companions.

Your main tasks will be:

• Initial client contact and explanation of service rules
• Collecting client preferences (e.g., gender, age, etc)
• Assigning the first Companion and managing further distribution
• Onboarding and coordinating Companions
• Task assignment, schedule management, and shift check-ins
• Monitoring follow-ups and ensuring timely client communication
• Weekend shift coverage: Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 (GMT+0) and Sunday from 18:00 to 03:00 (GMT+0)

We expect from you:

• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of etiquette and professional communication
• Active listening and the ability to provide emotional support when needed
• Strong time management and ability to coordinate schedules
• Basic understanding of communication psychology (preferred)
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Confident use of smartphone/PC, messaging platforms, and basic digital tools
• Ability to guide, onboard, and support team members

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
