We are looking for a talented individual to join our eBenefit Solutions (Flexible Remuneration) team at Mercer, focused on managing client benefit programs. This position will be located in Madrid and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. The role involves client relationship management, order processing with suppliers, payroll file creation, system optimization, problem resolution, process improvement, reporting, project participation, and client training.
Must have:
  • Manage client relationships and portfolio.
  • Process orders for health, food, nursery, and transport benefits.
  • Generate payroll files.
  • Optimize client management and IT tools.
  • Resolve client problems related to benefit structures.
  • Collaborate on Lean process design and optimization.
  • Prepare periodic hiring reports.
  • Participate in client benefits implementation projects.
  • Provide training on corporate benefits management tools.
  • Native Spanish proficiency.
  • 1-3 years of experience in flexible remuneration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our eBenefit Solutions (Flexible Remuneration) team at Mercer, who will be focused on managing our clients' benefit programs. This position will be located in Madrid. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you for:

  • Maintaining relationships with a client portfolio;
  • Managing orders with health, food, nursery, transport providers, etc.;
  • Creating payroll files;
  • Optimizing client management and the IT tool;
  • Resolving client problems related to their benefit structure;
  • Collaborating in the design and optimization of processes based on Lean methodology;
  • Preparing periodic hiring reports;
  • Participating in client benefits implementation projects;
  • Accompanying Consulting to client meetings;
  • Training in agile and Lean methodologies;
  • Reconciling order invoicing vs payrolls;
  • Responsible for training Clients and employees in the use of the corporate benefits management tool;
  • Training and monitoring employee attention of our Clients with the provider;
  • Collaborative work with different business areas to ensure the best customer service.

What you need to have:

  • Native Spanish;
  • Preferably a mid-level degree in Business Administration or Finance/Administration;
  • 1-3 years of experience in flexible remuneration;
  • Accustomed to problem-solving, analysis, and proposing solutions;
  • Desirable experience in personal insurance (Health, Life, Accidents, Savings);
  • Desirable experience in Flexible Remuneration, payrolls, taxation;
  • Flexibility and adaptation to client needs;
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
