Consultant Due Diligence Assurance

We are looking for a new talent to join our Due Diligence team of 4 people under the responsibility of the Due Diligence pole manager within Marsh's Private Equity and M&A department. The position is based in Paris La Défense.

We are counting on you:

• Lead insurance Due Diligence (audit) projects for funds or companies (Marsh clients)
• After negotiating the terms of the mission with the client, organize the missions in project mode
• Collect information (in data room, from the seller, etc.),
• Discuss with the Specialized Advisor (or PEMA contacts abroad) and manage their analyses
• Prepare a report (English or French) based on the contributions of the Specialized Advisors and your own analysis
• Present the conclusions to the client / their banks
• Exploit brokerage opportunities, monitor the transfer to the client team (if new client).

What we expect from you:

• You hold a Master 2 in law or equivalent;
• 5 years and more of experience in insurance is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Professional English;
