Within PwC France, the Experience Center is integrated into the Customer Transformation practice, which brings together expertise in customer relationship transformation, digital marketing, experience design, and innovation.
PwC France's Experience Consulting is a team dedicated to experience design, customer relationship strategies, and innovation. We help our clients reinvent their service offerings and customer/user experiences using our methods combining Design Thinking practices (user research, co-design, prototyping, etc.) and the Consulting approach.
With a multidisciplinary team embedded in the Customer practice and linked to the multiple skills of Consulting, we imagine, design, and implement tomorrow's experiences and user journeys across all touchpoints: screens, places, connected objects, human interactions... and we support our clients in their strategic reflection and in the construction of transformations of devices, tools, organizations, and customer relationship professions, and in the associated roadmaps.
Presentation of the offer:
Within Consulting, the Experience Center supports players in Health, Mobility, Public Sector, and Services in their digital transformation from strategy to execution:
- Reflection and support for strategic decision-making
- Construction of new offers and service catalogs
- Definition of the transformation plan
- Transformation of professions
- Business/IT roadmap
- User experience design
- Product Management
- Project management to support the implementation of solutions
As an experienced consultant/designer, you will also exercise varied responsibilities:
- Change management
- Management of your missions' delivery and supervision of more junior profiles
- Contribution to business development and customer relations
- Participation in the production of thought leadership (offers, viewpoints, articles)
- Animation and development of the team within internal projects
Our preferred topics cover the following areas:
- Defining the omnichannel relationship model, designing and deploying digitalized customer/user experiences, and improving customer satisfaction
- Designing and launching new service offerings (opportunity studies, offer design, launch management)
- Designing the organization of Marketing, Customer/User Relationship, and commercial functions (processes, governance, practices, tools, etc.)
- Defining IT master plans for the "Customer" domain (marketing, sales, customer relations)
- Designing innovative customer experiences, integrating the potential of technology (especially generative AI)
- Designing or redesigning digital platforms
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback through a qualitative approach including user studies and reflection workshops

What we can expect from you:
- Degree from an engineering or business school, or university degree
- 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting, in digital environments, in customer relationship strategy, marketing, digital transformation or design and you wish to imagine and design strategies in various sectors and across all touchpoints.
- You have already worked on issues of new service development, strategic thinking, customer relationship improvement, IT transformation or Design Thinking
- Desire to make a difference and have an impact internally, with teams and clients
- Great sensitivity to customer relationship management and desire to integrate a commercial dynamic
- Analytical, synthetic, creative skills, ability to step back, oral impact and team spirit
- Comfortable in demanding, complex and innovative environments
- Mastery of project management (committee animation, project roadmap construction, etc.)
- Proficiency in French and English
- Used to supervising less experienced consultants or designers by guiding them, organizing work, with the objective of always helping them develop their skills and ensuring the quality of production
