PwC is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Tester (Manager) to lead quality assurance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. This role involves overseeing testing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise solutions, focusing on end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, CRM modules) and driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

Must Have

  • Lead end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, CRM modules).
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  • Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, RSAT, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
