We’re currently seeking a Content Architect Contractor for a leading financial services company based in San Antonio, TX. This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity that offers a hybrid work model and the chance to contribute to a cutting-edge content transformation initiative.

As a Content Architect, you’ll join the Knowledge Management (KM) team to enhance the company’s content architecture, ensuring it meets evolving business needs while aligning with ongoing technology transformations. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how content is structured and delivered across the enterprise, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and optimize user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Content Architecture: Evaluate the current structure, categorization, and flow of content across various platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage Emerging Technologies: Research the impact of evolving technologies (AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx, Coveo) on content architecture and recommend solutions.
  • Optimize Content Systems: Identify risks and opportunities in current systems, tools, and platforms, providing actionable recommendations to optimize content architecture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams across the organization to ensure content remains consistent, relevant, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present comprehensive recommendations for enhancing content management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology advancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Strong experience with content management systems, user experience design, and search engine best practices.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies, contextual help, and platforms like Adobe, Acrolinx, and Coveo.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with experience evaluating content frameworks and recommending improvements.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining focus on consistency and quality.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
