3. Familiar with ecosystem operations at various stages of the game lifecycle, with a comprehensive and systematic business understanding, personal methodology for ecosystem management, and good at effectively incentivizing and managing creators inside and outside the ecosystem.
4. Familiar with card-based ACG games, with a deep understanding of relevant game communities and player groups.
