The Content Platform Operations Manager will establish and maintain relationships with various content platforms, understanding and updating their operational and product capabilities, including ecosystem and advertising modules. They will develop content platform application strategies based on game release schedules and long-term content operation needs, ensuring project progression and achieving operational goals. The role involves optimizing internal and external cooperation processes to create SOPs for efficient project execution. Additionally, the manager will leverage project experience to explore new platform capabilities and identify opportunities for synergistic application.

  • Love for games, rich gaming experience and game content experience, clear understanding of game publishing, marketing, and content ecosystem.

1. Establish connections and clarify the operational and product capabilities of various business modules (ecosystem, advertising, etc.) within each content platform, update them promptly, and maintain close collaboration with each platform.

2. Based on the game project team's release schedule and long-term content operation needs, output content platform application strategies, communicate platform support, assist in cooperation integration, ensure project progress, and achieve game operation goals.

3. Sort out and optimize internal and external cooperation execution processes, form SOPs, and provide efficient support for subsequent project execution.

4. Accumulate project experience, sort out and explore methods and ideas for connecting and synergizing platform capabilities, and discover opportunities in conjunction with new platform capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in content platform (Douyin/Kuaishou/Bilibili, etc.) game vertical operations/product operations.

2. Good understanding of platform distribution mechanisms, product capabilities, and operation methods, with good product-operation communication interface.

3. Love for games, rich gaming experience and game content experience, clear understanding and comprehension of game publishing and marketing, and content ecosystem.

4. Clear mathematical logic ability, capable of data analysis, process optimization, and project management.

5. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Computer-related majors.
