1. More than 3 years of experience in content platform (Douyin/Kuaishou/Bilibili, etc.) game vertical operations/product operations.
2. Good understanding of platform distribution mechanisms, product capabilities, and operation methods, with good product-operation communication interface.
3. Love for games, rich gaming experience and game content experience, clear understanding and comprehension of game publishing and marketing, and content ecosystem.
4. Clear mathematical logic ability, capable of data analysis, process optimization, and project management.
5. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Computer-related majors.
