Job Summary
The Overseas Advertising Analyst will work with the advertising team to develop and optimize advertising strategies for games, focusing on growth metrics like ROI and LTV. This role involves data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving to inform advertising decisions. The analyst will also collaborate with technical teams to build automated data products, enhance decision-making efficiency, and provide data-driven insights to address fluctuations in core game indicators, thereby optimizing advertising strategies and operational activities.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in game or internet data analysis.
- Familiarity with overseas user growth channels (e.g., Meta, UAC) and deep understanding of internet advertising.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, common data analysis tools, and visualization tools.
- Proficiency in common statistical analysis methods and statistical learning models.
- High sense of responsibility, proactivity, results-oriented, strong teamwork and resilience.
- Passion for games, clear thinking, rigorous logic, strong curiosity and self-drive, good at identifying problems from data.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

1. Collaborate with the advertising team to identify suitable advertising strategies and targets for the company's full range of games, analyze and model growth indicators (ROI, LTV, etc.), discover problems through data, summarize experience, and assist in optimizing advertising decisions.
2. Summarize and refine advertising-related analysis scenarios, and collaborate with algorithm, middleware, and other teams to develop high-value, automated data products and services, improving advertising decision-making efficiency and team business understanding.
3. Provide data support and suggestions for abnormal fluctuations in core game indicators, helping publishing, advertising, and operations quickly pinpoint key issues and optimize advertising strategies and operational activities.
Job Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in game or internet data analysis, familiar with overseas user growth channels (e.g., Meta, UAC), and a deep understanding of internet advertising.
2. Proficient in common data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R; familiar with common visualization tools; proficient in common statistical analysis methods and statistical learning models.
3. Possess a high sense of responsibility, proactivity, results-orientation, strong teamwork spirit, and resilience.
4. Love games, clear thinking, rigorous logic, strong curiosity and self-drive, good at discovering problems from data; good communication skills and teamwork ability, able to cooperate smoothly with various business departments.
