Job Description

1. Assist the lead level designer in formulating level group work plans and promoting the implementation of various tasks within the group.

2. Create and review levels designed by other planners.

3. Design tools to improve team efficiency.

4. Collaborate with the team to deeply research competitor products, identify and solve in-game problems, and continuously iterate on levels.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of work experience, deep understanding of level design for match-3 or other casual games, mastering at least one game's level design method, with a complete design methodology.

2. In-depth experience with multiple domestic and international match-3 products, with deep research into market competitors.

3. Ability in level design, feature design, and tool design, excellent documentation skills.

4. Experience in mentoring new hires is preferred.

5. Practical and down-to-earth.
