1. 3+ years of work experience, deep understanding of level design for match-3 or other casual games, mastering at least one game's level design method, with a complete design methodology.
2. In-depth experience with multiple domestic and international match-3 products, with deep research into market competitors.
3. Ability in level design, feature design, and tool design, excellent documentation skills.
4. Experience in mentoring new hires is preferred.
5. Practical and down-to-earth.
