As a Content Moderator 1, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content in our games adheres to our community guidelines and standards. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and have a keen eye for detail. You will review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. You will also identify and report inappropriate content, such as hate speech, harassment, and explicit material, and assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all players by enforcing community guidelines. Collaboration with the moderation team to improve processes and share best practices, and providing feedback to the development team on potential improvements to the moderation tools and processes are also key responsibilities.

CONTENT MODERATOR 1

 

As a Content Moderator 1, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content in our games adheres to our community guidelines and standards. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and have a keen eye for detail. No prior experience is required, but a love for games and a willingness to learn are essential.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content, such as hate speech, harassment, and explicit material.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all players by enforcing community guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and share best practices.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on potential improvements to the moderation tools and processes.

 

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 0-1 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inappropriate content quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with various game genres and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of community guidelines and standards in online environments.
