Content Web Producer

We’re hiring a Content Web Producer for a cutting-edge Fintech company. This is a fully remote, part-time (25 hours/week) opportunity aligned with Pacific Time (PST) hours and is expected to run for approximately one year.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and executing content web projects that support the company’s digital goals. You'll work closely with SEO, Content, and Creative teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery while also supporting ongoing website updates and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop content web projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including SEO, Content, and Creative teams.

• Provide regular updates and documentation on project status, milestones, and next steps to all involved teams.

• Identify process gaps and propose or implement improvements to boost efficiency.

• Support day-to-day website needs, including content updates, minor code adjustments, and general site maintenance.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience managing digital projects such as campaigns, experiments, and microsites. (Experience in financial services or B2B is a plus.)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to collaborate across highly matrixed teams.

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, with some familiarity in React.

• Hands-on experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress.

• Comfortable working with project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban) and tools such as Workfront or JIRA.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
