Job Summary

Netflix is seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator for its SEA+ team. This role involves overseeing and actively working on market-specific campaign initiatives across various channels. The coordinator will optimize workflows, manage budgets and timelines, and bridge creative and technical needs. Key responsibilities include end-to-end creative production, localization of global materials, and managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class entertainment campaigns.

Must Have

  • Optimize workflows and manage key campaign elements (budget, timing).
  • Act as a creative and production thought partner for Marketing Managers.
  • Own campaign execution of title and brand campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end creative production for the entire asset suite.
  • Ensure assets align with brand guidelines and communicate standards to vendors.
  • Drive localization of global creative materials for regional relevance.
  • Project management and ownership of selected campaign elements.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships (scope, budgets, timelines).
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing production.
  • A systems thinker who leverages technology to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Analytical in approach, ability to prioritize needs for impactful decisions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments with high intellectual curiosity.
  • Agile and goal-oriented, driven by success.
  • Fluent in English.

The Role

As the Coordinator, Marketing Production, you will oversee the production process for market-specific campaign initiatives across paid, earned, and owned channels, while actively working on these campaigns. This means that you thrive in an environment that requires you to be operationally agile, bridge creative and technical needs. We’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the marketing production landscape, with the ability to understand marketing objectives, evaluate creative ideas, and apply the most effective production approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize workflows and manage key campaign elements, including budget and timing, to ensure effective campaign execution
  • Acting as a creative and production thought partner for Marketing Managers throughout campaign development, bridging creative ideas and operational excellence
  • Turning ideas into reality and owning the campaign execution of title and brand campaigns
  • End-to-end creative production management for the entire asset suite (including asset planning, production, management, and final delivery)
  • Ensuring that all assets are delivered in line with our brand guidelines and effectively communicating these standards to all external vendors
  • Driving localization of global creative materials to deploy marketing experiences and extensions with high regional relevance
  • Project management and ownership of selected campaign elements, including budget and time management
  • Managing agency and vendor relationships in the region by defining and tracking the scope of work, budgets, and timelines
  • Managing internal (Content, Product, AV & Print teams, etc.) and external (Creative Agencies, Production Houses) stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience, preferably within an entertainment or lifestyle brand or at a creative/production agency.
  • A systems thinker who leverages technology to improve campaign efficiency and output.
  • Analytical in your approach, ability to prioritise the needs when making impactful decisions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments, with high intellectual curiosity and strong judgment in ambiguity.
  • Agile and goal-oriented, driven by success, and always ready for a challenge.
  • Fluent (Proficiency) in both English and (preferably) Chinese
  • In tune with pop culture & trends
