Join Saxo Bank’s Operations department and become part of a team that plays a vital role in supporting the bank’s global client base. Our mission is to ensure seamless handling of client-related processes, including due diligence, platform configurations, client reporting, trade processing, regulatory reporting, and product lifecycle management.
You will be part of the Corporate Actions team, a key function within our Back-Office Operations. The team is responsible for the end-to-end processing of corporate action events across equities, bonds, and CFDs—from client notifications to the resolution of cash and stock breaks. With 36 team members across Denmark and India, we work collaboratively to deliver accurate and timely service.
Responsibilities
As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will be responsible for managing both voluntary and mandatory corporate action events. Further you will take part in interpreting corporate action events and understanding their terms and conditions.
Your role will involve:
Notifying clients of upcoming events within defined SLAs.
Collecting and submitting client elections to custodians before deadlines.
Accurately processing events and ensuring timely reconciliation of cash and stock positions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated individual with a foundational understanding of investment banking operations and a keen interest in financial markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling them to convey information clearly and effectively across diverse audiences. They should be adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail even under tight deadlines. A collaborative mindset is essential, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Further you have:
Experience and knowledge of income, mandatory & voluntary corporate actions processing.
Relevant experience in financial operations or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
