We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role, based in Dallas, Texas, reports to the Senior Manager of Finance. The analyst will support the Corporate Finance team by preparing executive-level presentations, including monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the consolidated Match Group. Responsibilities include managing the consolidation of financial data across business units, preparing financial materials for executive leadership and external stakeholders, and partnering with cross-functional teams on cash management and expense tracking. The role also involves maintaining forecast models, performing variance analysis, recommending budget/forecast adjustments, conducting ad hoc financial analyses, and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related business field
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and G Suite
  • Exceptional work ethic, communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Experience in detailed forecasting and long-range planning
  • Ability to handle ad hoc requests promptly with quality
  • Strong personal and professional integrity; collaborative team player
  • Willingness to work flexible hours for reporting releases and presentations
Good to have:
  • Experience with OneStream and Workday

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. Based in Dallas, TX this position reports to the Senior Manager of Finance.

How you'll make an impact:

    • Support the Corporate Finance team in preparing executive-level presentations, including monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the consolidated Match Group.
    • Manage the consolidation of financial data across Match Group’s business units (Tinder, Hinge, Evergreen & Emerging [E&E], and MG Asia), collaborating with teams to validate forecast assumptions and identify key trends.
    • Prepare financial materials for executive leadership, including forecasts, Board of Directors presentations, earnings reports, and content for external stakeholders such as investors and rating agencies.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to support cash management, expense tracking, and free cash flow initiatives.
    • Maintain and update monthly forecast models for departmental budgets, perform variance analysis in other areas of the P&L, and recommend budget/forecast adjustments as needed
    • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and assess investment opportunities across Match Group’s portfolio.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders, finance management, and cross-functional teams—including investor relations, strategy and operations, business units, tax and internal departments—on strategic initiatives and special projects.

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other related business field.
    • You have 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or accounting.
    • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and other G Suite tools; experience with OneStream and Workday is a plus.
    • You have exceptional work ethic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail
    • You have experience in detailed forecasting and long-range planning, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate complex financial data
    • You have the ability to turnaround ad hoc requests in a timely manner while maintaining quality of work.
    • You have a strong sense of personal and professional integrity; you are a collaborative team player.
    • You are willing to work flexible hours as needed leading up to external reporting releases and executive level presentations.
