Intel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This commissioned role involves defining and executing growth strategies across all segments (Commercial, Consumer, SMB, Govt, Education) and products (CCG, DCAI, ECG). The manager will build deep relationships with ecosystem partners, stay updated on technology trends, and represent Intel to C-Suite, Government, and Industry bodies. Responsibilities include meeting sales KPIs, leading a high-performing team, managing sales motions, and ensuring compliance. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, and technical competence in Intel's portfolio.
Must have:
  • Define and execute growth strategy for Intel in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Establish deep relationships and trust with Intel's ecosystem partners.
  • Keep abreast with Intel's products, roadmaps, innovations, and industry trends.
  • Represent Intel to C-Suite and influence policy with Government and Industry bodies.
  • Consistently meet and beat quarterly sales and marketing KPIs.

Intel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead an experienced and energetic team of sales, technical and marketing professionals in Australia. The role is a commissioned sales position.

The role is tasked with defining and executing to a growth strategy for Intel in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) that cuts across all segments (Commercial, Consumer, SMB, Govt and Education) and products (CCG, DCAI and ECG) that Intel caters to. It will require the candidate to establish deep relationships and a position of trust with Intel's wide range of ecosystem partners including end customers, SI partners, OEMs, Retail partners, Distributors and Channel Partners. The candidate will need to have a deep interest in the technology, keep abreast with Intel's products, roadmaps and innovations, and be knowledgeable about latest industry trends. The successful candidate should feel equally at ease in representing Intel to the C-Suite of Intel's customer / partner base - both technical and sales, as well as in influencing policy with Government and Industry bodies. This role will need to consistently meet and beat quarterly sales and marketing KPIs, which span both billing and consumption deliverables.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Envision, plan, and execute strategies for growing all aspects of the business including both direct billing's revenue and technology consumption across all of Australia and New Zealand's industry and government sectors.
  • Be the voice of our customers both internally and externally to promote and engage a growing, creative, innovative, and diverse customer base.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and execution to build on the world-class Intel brand and accelerate demand.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with government, business associates, including OEMs, distributors, value added resellers, retailers, independent software vendors, developers, and system integrators to foster innovation and achieve Intel objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high performing and healthy sales team including account executives, retail sales, field applications engineers and partner account managers.
  • Manage business consumption, channel and retail sales motions to drive IA preference thru various internal Intel programs.
  • Willingness to partner closely with his or her team to drive change and challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to encourage One Intel mindset to drive shared goals across teams.
  • Manage day to day execution to deliver on short term business goals.
  • Collaborate proactively and effectively with internal business units, regional and corporate stakeholders to communicate local market trends, threats and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy
  • Coordinate efforts across Intel's business groups to establish clear country priorities and execution.
  • Be responsible for the Intel SMG Australia virtual office as a site manager for the extended SMG employees.
  • Role modelling and cultivating the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect and inclusion.
  • Maintain a governance model that keeps the country legal and in compliance with all Intel policies and regulations.

  • Understanding of distribution and channel business with experience managing sales teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of sales and marketing leadership experience including:

  • Proven track record delivering geo sales and organizational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporations.
  • Technical competence in the portfolio of Intel products and solutions including emerging products and services.
  • Strong global leadership skills demonstrated with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales and organizational results.
