Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with clients deeply understanding their needs and delivering top-notch customer service.

Inspire and manage the team to deliver exceptional design work that drives conversion and engagement.

Lead the design team to create conversion-focused landing pages and websites that meet the client s business objectives and target audience.

Create Wireframes and Mockups using Figma Adobe XD etc as and when the need arises.

Collaborate closely with account managers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and techniques and incorporate them into the design process.

Skill Requirements

An Ideal Candidate must have

Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.

Strong understanding of Web design principles best practices and conversion-rate optimization techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions to clients.

Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.

A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and conversion-focused design work.

Experience

7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role with a proven track record in conversion-focused design preferably in an agency environment.
