The Creative Director (Design) will join the Performance Creative team and report to the Group Creative Director, Performance Creative. They will lead teams to excel in creating engaging paid social media, OLV, banners, and display. Responsibilities include mentoring direct reports, nurturing client relationships, presenting creative concepts, and staying updated on new messaging innovations. This role requires overseeing creative choices, demonstrating understanding of unique audiences, and creating relevant content for each, making sure all the work relates to messaging strategies and meets client objectives.
Must have:
  • 8 years experience in performance creative concepts
  • Bachelor's in Advertising or related field
  • Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
  • Client service and presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple teams

Job Description:

We're looking for a Creative Director (Design) to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Performance Creative, you'll lead teams to excel beyond the brief, from conceptual development through execution of engaging paid social media, OLV, banners, and display that have measurable impact. 

 

Only candidates in the San Francisco area will be considered as some in-office time is to be expected. 

 

  • You'll oversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client and agency's objectives. 

  • You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture. 

  • You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams. 

  • You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas. 

  • You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 8 years minimum experience ideating and executing performance creative concepts 

  • Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required 

  • Only candidates in the San Francisco area will be considered as some in-office time is to be expected. 

  • Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual) 

  • Client service and presentation skills 

  • Experience using a variety of technology platforms and media channels 

  • Experience managing multiple teams 

 

 

 

Additional Information: 

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
