Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Creative Program Lead/Account Director to join their high-performing team, working for a client. This role is instrumental in shaping user engagement with the brand through in-app content, leveraging a deep understanding of product development, product management for consumer apps, and digital content production. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, contribute to product program vision, and design content programs based on market research and cultural insights. Responsibilities include owning goal alignment, content strategy, experimentation, timelines, creative development, and agency/vendor management to drive successful program outcomes.
Must have:
  • Define content program objectives, prioritize initiatives, and secure cross-functional support across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Drive the creation of high-impact content by identifying resource needs and establishing robust operational frameworks.
  • Work closely with creative, producers, and implementation partners to ensure seamless content integration and alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Track key metrics to measure content effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content for user engagement and retention.
  • Keep content fresh and relevant by regularly updating information, recommending new features, and responding to user feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing the design, creative development, and production of digital products, platforms, and digital marketing content.

We are looking for:

Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Creative Program Lead/Account Director to join our high-performing team. This role will work for our client, and you will be instrumental in shaping how users engage with the brand through in-app content. Your deep understanding of product development, and product management for consumer apps and digital content production will be key in creating impactful user experiences. You have a strong history of collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams and developing strategic and operational plans for complex projects. You will collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure content aligns with product roadmaps and user journeys. Working cross-functionally, you will contribute to the overall vision for product programs, ensuring they meet key business objectives. Leveraging market research and cultural insights, you will design content programs and set goals that support the client's top priorities. You will own goal alignment, product/engineering relationships, program content strategy, experimentation, timelines, creative development, agency/vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful program outcomes. A champion of creative excellence and brand consistency, you will inspire both internal and external teams to deliver exceptional work that delights our users. Your experience in managing feature development and digital products will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Define content program objectives, prioritize initiatives, and secure XFN support across product, engineering and marketing teams by effectively communicating the value of content programs to the user experience and the client's overall goals.
  • Drive the creation of high-impact content by proactively identifying resource needs and establishing robust operational frameworks to facilitate the production of innovative and engaging content across all formats (text, images, videos, etc.).
  • Work closely with creative, producers, and implementation partners to ensure seamless content integration, alignment with the product roadmap, and a cohesive user experience.
  • Track key metrics to measure content effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content for user engagement and retention.
  • Keep content fresh and relevant by regularly updating information, recommending new features, and responding to user feedback and evolving program needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing the design, creative development and production of digital products, platforms and digital marketing content for a brand in-house or in a creative agency.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, interpret and prioritize information, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate concepts and production approach to various stakeholders.
  • Diplomatic facilitator who can fearlessly manage up, down and sideways to improve cooperation between all disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, listening, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible individual with ability to own and lead projects confidently with minimal direction.
  • Passion for and experience with new, innovative technologies with a desire to build on analytical learnings to optimize web experiences for users.

Compensation & Benefits:

This temporary contract role offers a salary of $225,000-$280,000 depending on experience.
