Job Summary

As a Credit Risk Analyst at Cadence in Dublin, you will assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, set credit limits, and ensure compliance with internal credit policies. Your role involves reviewing sales forecasts, analyzing customer credit profiles, approving orders, conducting credit reviews, and assisting with credit restructure requests. You will also gather financial information, utilize credit bureaus, maintain credit data in systems like Highradius Credit, Salesforce, and SAP, prepare KPI reports, and support audit queries and process improvements.

Must Have

  • Review sales forecasts and credit requirements for corporate customers
  • Prepare and analyze customer’s credit profiles
  • Approve standard orders for booking; escalate non-standard or complex deals
  • Conduct credit reviews and provide recommendations in line with credit policy
  • Assist with credit restructure requests and financial distress reviews
  • Gather company and financial information from internal and external sources
  • Utilize credit bureaus and market news to identify emerging risk factors
  • Place and remove customers from credit hold as required
  • Maintain credit data in systems such as Highradius Credit, Salesforce and SAP
  • Prepare and deliver regular KPI reports
  • Respond to auditor/SOX queries and support compliance activities
  • Participating in team innovation projects and process improvements
  • Provide support for collection activities and cover for team members as needed
  • Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in trade credit risk, corporate credit banking, or similar financial roles
  • Understanding of IFRS financial statements, ratios, and credit risk assessment

Good to Have

  • Experience with credit bureaus, SAP, and Salesforce.com
  • Additional language skills

Job Overview:

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, setting credit limits and payment terms, and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies. You will contribute to global operations, support order approvals, and help drive process improvements within the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review of sales forecasts and credit requirements for corporate customers
  • Prepare and analyze customer’s credit profiles, including financial position, trends, and ratios
  • Approve standard orders for booking; escalate non-standard or complex deals
  • Conduct credit reviews and provide recommendations in line with credit policy
  • Assist with credit restructure requests and financial distress reviews
  • Gather company and financial information from internal and external sources
  • Utilize credit bureaus and market news to identify emerging risk factors
  • Place and remove customers from credit hold as required
  • Maintain credit data in systems such as Highradius Credit, Salesforce and SAP

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Job Qualifications:

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in trade credit risk, corporate credit banking, or similar financial roles
  • Understanding of IFRS financial statements, ratios, and credit risk assessment
  • Experience with credit bureaus, SAP, and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to work independently across multiple IT systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self - organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent English (additional language skills are a plus)
