We are recruiting an experienced Chief Technical Officer to join our IT department. You will lead the technological strategy and the development of our internal projects. You will be the guarantor of the technical vision, the quality of developments, and innovation in our products. Your missions include defining and implementing technological strategy, supervising IT solutions, managing the development team, collaborating with product and data teams, ensuring platform scalability, performance, and security, and performing technological watch for AI market evolutions.

Must Have

• Define and implement the company's technological strategy
• Develop and supervise IT applications and architecture
• Manage and grow the team of developers (recruitment, mentoring, organization)
• Collaborate with product and data teams to transform business needs into concrete solutions
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of developed platforms
• Perform technological watch to anticipate AI market evolutions
• 10+ years of experience in software development, including a significant part in AI / data science projects
• Solid experience in technical management and team leadership
• Ability to evolve in an agile environment and make strategic decisions
• Passion for AI, innovation, and creating high-impact products
• Excellent command of at least one backend language (Python, Java, C#) and modern Frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of distributed architectures, cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps
