Job Summary

As part of a replacement, the Rainbow Partners Group is looking for its future Junior Sales Administration Officer (ADV). Attached to the Administrative and Financial division, you will be involved in commercial follow-up, invoice preparation, payment tracking, processing of accounting and commercial data, tracking of commercial margins by Business Unit, and monthly production of reporting and KPIs.

Must Have

Commercial follow-up: client contract management, reminders
Invoice preparation, payment tracking, and overdue payment reminders
Processing of accounting and commercial data
Tracking of commercial margins by Business Unit
Monthly production of reporting and KPIs
Minimum Bac+2 level
0 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)

Good to Have

Experience ideally acquired within an ESN / Big 4 / Consulting firm

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial division, you will be involved in the following aspects:

Your MISSIONS

Commercial follow-up: client contract management, reminders,
Preparation of invoices, tracking of payments and reminders for unpaid invoices,
Processing of accounting and commercial data,
Tracking of commercial margins by Business Unit,
Monthly production of reporting and KPIs

Your PROFILE

You have a minimum Bac+2 level
You have between 0 and 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired within an ESN / Big 4 / Consulting firm,
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
