APAC ITP DevSecOps & Cloud Lead

The DevSecOps and Cloud Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of DevSecOps practices and cloud infrastructure within the organization in collaboration with the APAC CIO department. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, security protocols, and DevOps methodologies to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud-based services. Key missions include developing and implementing cloud strategies for the APAC region, designing and implementing DevSecOps toolchains, providing operational support for new technology platforms, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance and security for all cloud-based services.

Must Have

• Develop and implement cloud strategies for the APAC region, aligned with group objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, ensuring security compliance.
• Design and implement DevSecOps toolchains and capabilities to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Integrate security into every stage of the development process.
• Provide operational support for new technology platforms used by digital and business teams.
• Set up self-service capabilities for agility and autonomy of enterprise service developers.
• Collaborate with Global ITP Tech Office, APAC CIO, APAC CCCO, and various Metiers IT departments.
• Ensure all cloud-based services comply with financial industry requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and controls to maintain cloud infrastructure integrity and security.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Mastery of DevSecOps toolsets (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform).
• Knowledge of microservice architecture.

Your MISSIONS

Direct Responsibilities

• Cloud Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement cloud strategies for the APAC region that align with the group's and CIB's cloud migration objectives, as well as regulatory requirements. Lead the migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, ensuring compliance with best security practices in collaboration with the APAC CIO department.
• DevSecOps Practices: Design and implement DevSecOps toolchains and capabilities to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure that security is integrated at every stage of the development process.
• Operational Support: Provide operational support for new technology platforms used by digital and business teams. Set up self-service capabilities to ensure the agility and autonomy of enterprise service developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Global ITP Tech Office, APAC CIO, APAC CCCO, Various Metiers IT… to ensure the successful implementation and operation of cloud and DevSecOps services.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all cloud-based services comply with financial industry requirements and regulatory standards. Conduct regular assessments and controls to maintain the integrity and security of the cloud infrastructure.

Your PROFILE

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps platforms and cloud infrastructures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolsets (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform), and microservice architecture.
