Tech Lead (M/F) - Paris

You will work within our clients' IT departments, participating in defining and implementing the company's technological strategy. Responsibilities include developing and evolving IT solutions with product, data, and infrastructure teams, mentoring developers, ensuring platform scalability, performance, and security, and conducting technology watch, especially around AI and data. This role requires a passion for innovation and high-impact product creation.

Must Have

• Up to 10 years of experience in software development, ideally with an AI/data science component
• Experience managing a technical team or playing a lead role (Lead Dev, Senior +)
• Comfortable in an agile environment, able to make technical decisions and guide architectural choices
• Passionate about technological innovation, creating high-impact products, and AI
• Excellent command of Python and modern frameworks (React)
• Very good knowledge of distributed architectures, cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) and DevOps principles
• Ability to make technical choices, structure a roadmap and ensure rigorous project management

• Develop and evolve applications and IT solution architecture in collaboration with product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Supervise a team of developers (recruitment, mentoring, organization), foster their skill development, and guarantee the quality of deliverables
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of platforms
• Conduct technology watch to anticipate evolutions, particularly around AI and data
