Job Description

The Custom Order Coordinator manages and processes custom orders from start to finish. This involves designing orders to meet customer specifications, using Adobe Illustrator for personalized products, ensuring efficient production, and coordinating timely shipping. The role links design, production, and logistics to deliver high-quality, customized products.
Must have:
  • Design, program, and process all custom pro player orders for MLB, MILB, NHL, and affiliate teams.
  • Process all standard and custom web orders.
  • Process all custom cycling grip orders.
  • Assist in the production process as needed.
  • Help coordinate the shipping of all custom orders, ensuring they are packed, labeled, and shipped according to company standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on all custom orders before they are shipped to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.

Position Summary:

The Custom Order Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing a variety of custom orders from start to finish. This role includes designing orders to meet customer specifications, working in Adobe Illustrator to create name and number combination logos for personalized products, ensuring efficient production, and coordinating timely shipping. The Coordinator serves as a vital link between design, production, and logistics to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customized products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and process all custom pro player orders for MLB, MILB, NHL, and affiliate teams.
  • Process all standard and custom web orders.
  • Process all custom cycling grip orders.
  • Assist in the production process as needed.
  • Help coordinate the shipping of all custom orders, ensuring that they are packed, labeled, and shipped according to company standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on all custom orders before they are shipped to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator and motivated to continue learning and growing in design proficiency.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong focus on safety.
  • Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
  • Must be capable of utilizing relevant warehouse operations systems and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of related experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
