We don’t care about titles, we care about execution. You’ll build our post-sales systems from scratch. You’ll build the engine that brings real AI to frontline care. From zero to scale, you’ll shape how thousands of providers deploy and trust medical agents that actually deliver. You’ll solve novel edge cases, turn chaos into systems, and make Sully the gold standard for AI in healthcare.

This is for someone who:

• Loves building from 0 to 1 (and then to 100).

• Can think in systems but move fast in chaos.

• Gets excited about complex, technical customer problems.

• Wants real ownership,

You’ll:

• Lead and own everything Customer Engineering and Post-Sales.

• Design scalable onboarding and implementation workflows.

• Work tightly with Product + Eng to handle feature/customization requests.

• Own playbooks, OKRs, and the customer success system.

• Integrate with leadership and make customer operations a company staple.

You have:

• 5+ years of startup or founder experience, including building CS/support from scratch.

• Technical background (engineering/product adjacent).

• Comfort with high ownership, fast pace, and ambiguity.

• Bonus: worked with AI/healthcare or high-complexity SaaS.
