Job Description

The Customer Experience Agent ensures all tasks related to their role are completed to provide excellent service to our internal and external partners, thereby maintaining our strategic position in the tire distribution field.

Temporary position

Possible locations: Boucherville or Granby

• Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL, and Excel systems;
• Respond to customer needs based on product availability;
• Provide advice, pricing, delivery dates, and status;
• Process the inquiry inbox;
• Follow supplier training;
• Participate in continuous improvement;

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Advanced bilingualism (French/English) required due to the organization's national activities and the need for effective communication between different regions;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Knowledge of ERP and SQL management systems;
• Interpersonal skills, customer service and solution-oriented;
• Good analytical skills;
• Dynamism and rigor;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories is a plus;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar position;
