Job Description
WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Staff / Assistant Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role involves maintaining communication with a 3PL call center, interacting directly with customers regarding deliveries, products, exchanges, and returns, and conducting monthly analyses of customer service issues to improve CRM processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills, along with verbal and written English communication abilities and intermediate MS Office knowledge. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have:
- Maintain communication with 3PL call center for alignment and issue resolution.
- Interact with customers regarding delivery, product questions, exchange, and return.
- Conduct monthly analysis of customer service issues and prepare reports.
- Plan corrective actions to improve CRM process.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management skills for prompt customer responses.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Intermediate MS Office programs knowledge.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bilingual (English/Korean).
Good to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years experience for Staff level or 2-4 years for Assistant Manager level.

Job Description
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration skills with our 3PL call center conducting weekly meetings to ensure alignment and address any issue.
- Interaction with customers (Delivery, Questions regarding products, exchange, and return)
- Conduct monthly analysis of customer service related issues and prepare detailed reports for management
- Corrective action planning to improve CRM process
Salary: $45-70k/yr. (DOE)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Assistant Manager level-2,4 year experience or Staff level -1,2 year experience preferred
- Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
- Time management skills (Prompt responses to customer queries and the timely implementation of customer service strategies needed)
- verbal and written English communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in working with MS Office programs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual(English/Korean)
