Job Description

This role is for a Customer Service Agent based in Malta, joining an award-winning team. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, excellent communicator, and people person. Responsibilities include assisting English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers ample opportunity for skill progression and knowledge development within the iGaming industry, fostering a multicultural environment. It requires flexibility for day and night shifts and adherence to company policies on player safety and responsible gaming.

Good To Have:

Additional language skills are considered a plus: (example: Italian, Spanish, Greek, German, Polish etc)

Must Have:

Help English speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone
Work together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPI's)
Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
Manage customer accounts
Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Be flexible as this role might require day shift and night shift

You're good at:

Must have excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
Multi-tasking and time management
Additional language skills are considered a plus: (example: Italian, Spanish, Greek, German, Polish etc)
