Job Description

• As a service technician, you will support our Buderus and Bosch brands in the Klagenfurt and Völkermarkt regions and ensure professional and sustainable maintenance of our customers' heating systems.
• Your workday begins and ends at your doorstep with a high-quality company vehicle and modern IT equipment.
• You are part of a qualified team and receive professional training to gain deep insight into our product range (including heat pumps and gas boilers). With ongoing training and certifications (e.g., apprenticeship examination for refrigeration and air conditioning technology), you will become a pioneer in the HVAC industry.
• You independently and thoroughly perform maintenance, commissioning, or repairs, find, analyze, and resolve malfunctions, thereby making a significant contribution to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• In close customer contact, you advise, for example, on the ideal setting of devices for personal needs and help keep heating costs low.
• In addition, you benefit from the high quality of our support and information network in the background and have all current technical documents and papers readily available.

Qualifications

• Personality: You are very customer-oriented, independent, reliable, and enjoy finding solutions.
• Experience and Know-how: Area-specific professional experience in the HVAC sector, good computer skills, customer service experience is an advantage – can also be acquired during our training.
• Driver's license: Class B
• Education: Completed education in electrical, refrigeration, heating technology or mechatronics (apprenticeship, HTL technical school or similar)
• Language: Very good German skills

Additional Information

Working hours: 38.5h/week

It is important to us to offer a fair salary that matches your skills and experience. This can be significantly above the collective agreement (metal industry) and starts at 40,600 EUR gross per year for 38.5h/week (no all-in contract).
