Job Description

• As a service technician for the Vienna region, you are responsible for the heating systems of our brands Buderus/Bosch.
• Your workday begins and ends at your doorstep with a high-quality equipped company vehicle.
• In the first months, you will be trained by a professional team to gain a deep insight into our product range (including heat pumps and gas boilers). With ongoing further training and certifications (e.g., apprenticeship examination for refrigeration and air conditioning technology), you will become a pioneer in the HVAC industry.
• You independently and thoroughly perform maintenance, commissioning, or repairs for our entire product range.
• You reliably analyze, find, and resolve malfunctions, thereby making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction.
• In close customer contact, you advise, for example, on the ideal setting of devices for personal needs and help to keep heating costs low.

Qualifications

• Personality: You are very customer-oriented, independent, reliable, and enjoy finding solutions.
• Experience and Know-how: Area-specific professional experience in the HVAC sector, good handling of IT, customer service experience an advantage – can also be acquired during our training.
• Driver's license: Class B
• Education: Completed training in electrical, refrigeration, heating technology or mechatronics (apprenticeship, HTL technical school or similar)
• Language: Very good German language skills

Additional Information

Working hours: 38.5h/week

Start: from January 2026

It is important to us to offer a fair salary that matches your skills and experience. This can be significantly above the collective agreement (metal industry) and starts from 40,600 EUR gross per year for 38.5h/week (no all-in contract). In addition, there is your variable salary package: staggered allowances, collection bonus, bonus for maintenance contracts, and participation in company success.
