Job Description

Join a hotel in the Accor network, a group with over 45 brands and 5,500 hotels. This role is part of the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program, enabling Saudi talents to acquire hospitality skills through classroom and on-the-job training. As a Reception Agent, you will ensure memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure, providing exceptional service, responding to requests, and promoting hotel facilities.
Must Have:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts with exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized guest experience
  • Promote hotel facilities and upsell to enhance guest stays
  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals
  • Little to no prior work experience, up to 6 months relevant experience
  • Proficiency in basic English is required
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A collaborative team player, willing to contribute and support colleagues
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts based on departmental needs
  • Ability to remain attentive to guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy
