Good To Have:
  • Minimum 1 year of corporate customer support work experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with a CRM (preferred Salesforce), PRS leads and other company software preferred.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of fuel and trucking industry.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of company products and offerings.
Must Have:
  • Develop and provide focus on customer relationships and administrative support of inside sales activities for fleet sizes less than 60.
  • Provide support for accounts with the inside sales team that are with a fleet size of less than 60; perform administrative duties on accounts to include managing customer reporting and paperwork.
  • Plan customer phone calls by defining the objective and preparing questions to move customer towards the sales objective.
  • Assist the credit department to prepare for and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop a strong internal network and leverage cross-functional capabilities to effectively respond to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify business opportunities.
  • Assist customers via phone and email with account support such as mobile fueling, International Fuel Tax Association tax reports, online portal, statement retrieval, and card issues.
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor when communicating in person, by email or phone.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem-solve, and complete projects.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and use technology in all areas related to the role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to influence others and solve problems.

Job Description
