Job Description

As a Trading Support Specialist at DraftKings, you will be a crucial part of the Trading Team, handling customer inquiries via email and ensuring high service standards for clients in sports betting. This role involves supporting all facets of the trading process, from settlement to manual adjustments, and requires close collaboration with various teams to maintain seamless daily operations. You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction follow-ups and escalating complaints to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
Must Have:

  • Deep knowledge and passion for sports.
  • Strong understanding of the sports betting industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to think quickly and work efficiently under tight time constraints.
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Full-time, in-office role with willingness to work night shifts on occasion.

As a Trading Support Specialist, you’ll support our Trading Team by responding to customer inquiries through email, ensuring high service standards for DraftKings clients ensuring smooth sports betting operations across all markets. You’ll support all aspects of the trading process while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll also follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and escalate complaints when necessary to maintain an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do as a Trading Support Specialist

  • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
  • Provide responsive email support to DraftKings customers, maintaining high service standards.
  • Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate internal channels to ensure timely and customer-centric resolution.
  • Organize and maintain data to ensure ongoing security and usability of key systems.
  • Support all aspects of the trading process, from trading and settlement to manual adjustments, while collaborating with multiple teams and departments to ensure efficient operations.
