Betsson is seeking a Customer Service Agent I-gaming (English) to join their dynamic team. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing guidance and problem-solving for players, and collaborating with other teams like Payments, Responsible Gaming, and Fraud to ensure a seamless player experience. The ideal candidate will have native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills, previous experience in customer support or hospitality (preferably in tech or online environments), and availability for rotational shifts including nights and weekends.     • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, phone and email in a professional and friendly manner

    • Providing guidance and problem-solving assistance for players navigating the platform, transactions, or account issues.

    • Collaborating with other teams (Payments, Responsible Gaming, Fraud, etc.) to ensure a seamless player experience

 

What we are looking for

    • Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills.

    • Previous experience in customer support or hospitality roles – ideally in a tech or online environment.

    • Availability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

    • A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help customers.
