About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative team member to be assigned to our Gebze/Pelitli facility. The characteristics we are looking for in this position, which also allows working from home depending on the course of the pandemic, are as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- Recording and tracking customer requests and complaints
- Proactively informing relevant personnel about encountered problems
- Preparing and sending reports requested by customers
- Accurately recording and updating customer information
- Providing technical support training to customers when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Min. Associate degree, preferably university graduate
- Min. 1 year experience in Customer Service
- High communication skills, customer satisfaction oriented
- Proficient in CRM programs
- Fluent and effective speaker, good diction
- Able to think quickly, take initiative
- Values teamwork, eager to develop oneself
- High self-confidence and work discipline
- Highly motivated, sensitive to time management
- Completed military service for male candidates
