Customer Success and Campaign manager- NA East coast time zone working hours, Remote

NOTE: This job is expected to be a remote role working with, NA East coast time zone working hours

As a Customer Success Manager you'd help and ensure that your customers are successful with Lurkit

CSM:

Be a pro of the platform.
You need to become the go-to person for any “how to” questions.

Onboard new clients to the platform.

Provide extra support to certain clients, addressing their weekly needs within the platform.

Work proactively with clients.

Create presentations and then hold meetings with clients where you present a plan with what they should do to get the most out of the platform.

Support the Sales team in meetings with clients, help create mock-accounts to show off the platform in the best way, and more.

Campaign manager:

Work closely with the Key account managers on paid campaigns

Prospect potential creators for bigger campaigns

Create plans for how to execute on campaigns in the best possible way.

Handle communication between the client and the “influencer/content creator agencies” we have relationships with.

Key Qualifications

Hard skills:
Deep knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry
Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.
Fluent in English.

Soft skills:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A problem-solving mindset.
Creative thought process.
Excellent team-working skills.
Great at multitasking.
Be a part of creating structure.

Merits
Previous experience with influencer marketing/campaign management
Proficient in other languages that are big within content creation (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese etc).
Previous experience at a SaaS company. Especially gaming related.
Passion for all things gaming.
Previous experience in development/publishing of games.
Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot.
