Job Description

Lurkit seeks a Customer Success Manager to help clients succeed using their platform. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing reactive and proactive support, creating presentations and plans to optimize platform use, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring client success with influencer marketing. The role requires deep knowledge of the content creator industry, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in communication channels like Discord and Slack. The position is fully remote, with flexible working hours (either Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday) aligning with the NA East Coast timezone.
Good To Have:
  • Fluency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • SaaS experience (gaming-related)
  • Passion for gaming
  • Game development/publishing experience
  • HubSpot CRM experience
Must Have:
  • Deep knowledge of content creator industry

Important!
This is a remote position, where you will work "NA east coast" working hours (GMT-4).
We are looking into both a Monday-Friday working days position & a Wednesday-Sunday one.

What are we looking for?
We seek a talented Customer Success Manager with deep knowledge of the content creator industry & a clear problem solving mindset.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll help our customers succeed with Lurkit. That will be done reactively by answering all questions they could have or helping them hands-on with the tool. And proactively by identifying improvement points before the client even notices themself.

Working at Lurkit As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Be a pro of the platform.
  • You need to become the go-to person for any “how-to” questions.
  • Onboard new clients to the platform.
  • Provide extra support to certain clients, addressing their weekly needs within the platform.
  • Work proactively with clients.
  • Create presentations and then hold meetings with clients where you present a plan of what they should do to get the most out of the platform.
  • Support the Sales team in meetings with clients, help create mock accounts to show off the platform in the best way, and more.
    • Make sure our clients are successful with influencer marketing.

Key Qualifications

Hard skills:

  • Knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry
  • Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.
  • Fluent in English.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative thought process.
  • Excellent team-working skills.
  • Great at multitasking.
  • Be a part of creating a structure.

Merits:

  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, or Japanese.
  • Previous experience with influencer marketing/campaign management
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company. Especially gaming-related.
  • Passion for all things gaming.
  • Previous experience in the development/publishing of games.
  • Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot.
