We provide first-class financial information and world-class analytics to analyze, compile, and sort financial information, enabling clients to make the right decisions at the right time. We help stimulate performance and innovation for clients in a fast-changing and challenging environment for the financial industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Investment Bankers, ensuring their full satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact, handling onboarding and training. This role involves coordinating remote training offerings and being an expert on your field(s), advising clients on their workflows, and training users on Refinitiv Solutions. You will ensure client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle, provide feedback to the product team, identify sales opportunities, and conduct high-level meetings with C+ stakeholders.
Must have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Optimist, client oriented, organized, passionate, proactive!
  • Fluency in English

What will you be doing?

  • Satisfaction is key for us. Our Customer Success Managers are both product and workflow specialists and are of the utmost importance for our organization.
  • You will be in charge of a portfolio of Investment Bankers, with the aim to ensure the full satisfaction of your users.
  • You will be the main point of contact for our users and in charge of their onboarding and training.
  • We live with our time and understand the need for a hybrid model made of onsite visits and remote trainings. As such, you will coordinate and organize the remote training offering of the team.


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Be an expert on your field(s) and advise clients on their respective workflows
  • Train users on the different tools of Refinitiv Solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction during the whole Client Life Cycle
  • Contribute to the improvement of our tools and data by feeding back client needs and suggestions to our product team
  • Identify additional sales opportunities
  • Organize and coordinate our digital training offering
  • Run high level meetings with C+ stakeholders or heads of department to conduct satisfaction review plans
