We want to make sure that these customers have an excellent experience with our platform, and want to be certain that our customers are well taken care of. Interview Process
We are looking for highly energetic, and agentic individuals. Quality, care, and speed are the most important attributes to succeed in this role. We want somebody highly personable, able to communicate well with our customers, teach them how to use our platform and listen to their concerns. The interview process will be a quick call with the two co-founders, and then a work trial afterwards which will be representative of some of the core responsibilities you’ll be expected to carry out. Ability to solve problems, communicate well, and be empathetic are all very valuable here. We care deeply about your potential and want to invest in you for the long term, so it’s okay not to be the most experienced.
