Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Cybersecurity Manager – IAM with 10 to 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management frameworks for enterprise-scale environments. The ideal candidate will lead IAM architecture and operations, oversee complex integrations, drive client-specific IAM improvement strategies, and manage a multi-disciplinary IAM team. The role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities to deliver secure and compliant identity solutions.

Must Have

  • Design and implement scalable IAM architectures covering user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and PAM tools (e.g., Delinea, CyberArk).
  • Oversee complex IAM integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, SaaS platforms, and legacy applications.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for IAM issues, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical challenges across tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, propose IAM infrastructure improvements, and define long-term strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with IAM vendors, including solution support, licensing, and implementation services.
  • Drive compliance and audit readiness, ensuring IAM processes align with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of analysts, engineers, and architects in delivering high-quality IAM services.
  • 10–15 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years specializing in IAM architecture and delivery.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Delinea, or CyberArk.
  • Deep understanding of user lifecycle workflows, access certifications, PAM/SSO/MFA, and directory integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across IAM and identity federation technologies.
  • Experience managing client-facing roles, delivering improvement proposals, and leading IAM transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple priorities.

Good to Have

  • Relevant certifications: CISSP, Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Okta Certified Professional, SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft SC-300.
  • Experience working with global clients or in MSSP / multi-tenant environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM models and Zero Trust architecture principles.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
