EvenUp is a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company leveraging AI to close the justice gap, empowering personal injury lawyers and victims. The Analytics team drives data-informed decision-making across the organization, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive teams. We are seeking a Data Analyst to uncover insights from diverse datasets, support company-wide decision-making, build scalable data solutions, and enable a culture of continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Develop data-driven insights from user behavior to inform our product roadmap and accelerate adoption
  • Figure out the right metrics and visualizations to track and implement them in dashboards, from features to company-wide
  • Work closely with other functions, such as engineering, product, growth, design, and user research
  • Build tables to make analysis more efficient and make data more accessible
  • 2+ years of experience working as a data analyst, ideally in product-focused, fast-paced environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data transformation
  • Comfort in Python for data wrangling
  • Experience with data modeling
Good to have:
  • Experience with DBT and Bigquery

About the team:

The Analytics team at EvenUp plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive teams to uncover insights, build scalable data solutions, and enable a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. Our team is responsible for everything from foundational data modeling and reporting to advanced analytics and forecasting.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, data-driven team. In this role, you’ll help uncover insights from diverse datasets and support decision-making across the company. You’ll work with partner teams to clean, organize, and analyze data, build clear visualizations, and share your findings in a way that drives action.

Please Note: This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop data-driven insights from user behavior to inform our product roadmap and accelerate adoption

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a data analyst, ideally in product-focused, fast-paced environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data transformation, comfort in Python for data wrangling
  • Experience with data modeling
  • A self starter, comfort working in fast paced and evolving environments with a bias toward action
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating closely with cross functional team
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable with open-ended problems

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with DBT and Bigquery
