Your tasks​

• You will, together with the team, source high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in a broad range of industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products and Public Services.​
• You enable your clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing holistic end-to-end solutions and scoping the end-to-end delivery.​
• You help your clients to advance their use of data holistically within their organization
• You question the status quo, research market trends and new technologies to ensure your clients get the best solution for their requirements
• You apply and continue learning best-practices in technology, data engineering, analytics and consulting approaches.​

Your profile​

• You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferably in business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics or any engineering discipline.​
• You have 10+ years of work experience focusing on data engineering, analytics or automation. Sales experience is a prerequisite for this role.
• You have experience in sourcing, planning and overseeing large scale data transformation projects
• You pay attention to the overall requirements and client strategy, have strong problem-solving skills and are technology proficient. ​
• You have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about working with clients on their main challenges. ​
• You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally also internationally​. French language skills are a plus.
