About the position

You will be responsible for
- Translating complex business problems into high-impact machine learning solutions and delivering them autonomously;
- Scaling your technical knowledge to those around you and ensuring the team delivers with high technical quality;
- Communicating with various areas and interacting with leadership at different levels;
- Contributing to Nubank's data culture;
- Understanding Nubank's business, technologies, and architecture to make decisions.
We are looking for someone who has
- Excellent ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams;
- Good knowledge and experience with machine learning model development;
- Solid Python coding skills;
- Experience in integrating models into data pipelines and decision-making infrastructure (e.g., using Scala and Spark);
- Knowledge in data collection and cleaning for analysis and models;
- Ability to communicate in English.

Our Nu Way of Working model
