- Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytical datasets that support reporting, experimentation, and predictive modeling
- Partner closely with data engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements, instrumentation, lineage, and data quality standards
- Apply advanced analytical and modeling techniques to identify trends, uncover insights, and support data-driven decisions
- Develop reusable frameworks and patterns that integrate data seamlessly into processes, applications, and decision workflows
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling insights for partners and senior leaders
- Identify key performance drivers and operational signals to surface risks, improvement opportunities, and prioritization levers
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and structured problem solving, from ambiguous business questions to actionable data solutions
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, while collaborating across cross-functional pods and technical teams
- Contribute to a culture that values curiosity, technical rigor, elegant simplicity, and shared success

- Ability to monitor, assess, and improve data quality, including anomaly detection, data validation, and lineage
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize needs across data science, BI, engineering, and product partners into cohesive data strategies
- Strong communication skills — able to adjust messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly collaborative and grounded, invested in collective outcomes rather than individual credit
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
