Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Technician to join the Game Programming department of our manufacturing plant in Leeds. Scientific Games International Ltd is a subsidiary of the $1Billion pa turnover, globally renowned Scientific Games Corporation. Our purpose-built, state-of-the-art printing facility in Leeds supplies lottery scratch cards to clients in Europe.

The role will involve responsibility for various critical tasks in the creation of print data for lottery scratch cards. Paying close attention to our individual customers’ requirements, you will create and set out a layout for the secure game area of a scratch card design. Using a data file generated by our Programming team, you will convert this file into scratch card play symbols and ensure these are correctly aligned and mapped to the scratch card layout.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Exceptional desktop computing skills
  • Experience of organising work & meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • Previous experience of Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of artwork packages such as photoshop would be an advantage
  • The role involves using bespoke software (full training will be provided to the successful candidate).
