Job Description

Deal Hub is the central operational team guiding opportunities through the internal pursuit lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including managing internal reviews and CRM administration. It facilitates collaboration across Go-To-Market functions, aligning efforts between key business stakeholders. The team ensures consistent execution of pre-sales processes and maintains their documentation. Success in this role involves improving alignment across teams, reducing sales cycle times, enhancing pursuit governance, and boosting overall sales productivity and win rates.
Must Have:
  • Monitoring the Deal Hub mailbox and supporting incoming requests
  • Processing related questions
  • Planning and scheduling of deal reviews
  • Hosting internal deal reviews and ensuring meeting notes, actions and approvals are systematically recorded in the CRM
  • Working closely with sales and go-to-market teams to understand business priorities and KPIs
  • Working closely with our internal IT functional team to make required adjustments and updates for optimized data visualization and tool functionality
  • Working on standard, recurring and ad-hoc projects and analyses for process improvement

What success looks like in this role:

Deal Hub serves as the central operational team guiding opportunities through every stage of the internal pursuit lifecycle—from initiation to closure. This includes managing internal reviews and overseeing opportunity administration within the CRM system (Salesforce.com).

As a strategic coordination point, Deal Hub facilitates collaboration across all Go-To-Market functions, aligning efforts between key business stakeholders such as Sales, Client Management, Business Units, Finance, Procurement, and Legal/Commercial.

The team ensures consistent execution of pre-sales processes that support pursuit governance and lifecycle management. In addition, Deal Hub owns and maintains the documentation and structure of these processes, ensuring they remain up-to-date, effective, and aligned with business needs.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the Deal Hub mailbox and supporting the incoming requests:
  • Process related questions
  • Planning and scheduling of the deal reviews
  • Hosting internal deal reviews and ensuring meeting notes, actions and approvals are systematically recorded in the CRM
  • Working closely with sales and go-to-market teams to understand business priorities and KPIs.

  • Effectiveness of pursuit governance and process adherence
  • Overall improved sales productivity, tool adoption rates, higher win rates and deal velocity

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Detail-oriented: Maintains high standards of accuracy and thoroughness across tasks and documentation.
  • Self-motivated and independent: Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Clear and patient communicator: Skilled at explaining complex processes in an accessible and supportive manner.
  • Adaptable and resilient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining performance under pressure.
