Your Team, Your Impact
The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.What You Can Expect
- Use data analytics to identify Demand Planning performance issues and drive actions
- Analyze demand trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies
- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor Demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions
- Ad-hoc projects that involve cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Strong interest in demand forecasting, automation, and data flow optimization
- Highly task-oriented with a proactive, self-starting mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
