Job Summary
As a Department Manager (M/F) at Intermarché, part of Groupement Mousquetaires, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, managing your operating account, and leading a team of 20 employees. You will drive the commercial dynamics of your department and foster skill development within your team. This role requires a BAC level education and proven experience in team animation and management, along with strong leadership, autonomy, and excellent customer service skills.

Job Description
After an immersive integration period within the store and the team entrusted to you, you will guarantee customer satisfaction, manage your operating account in compliance with set objectives, and manage a team of 20 employees, while being responsible for the commercial dynamics of the department. A true daily actor for your team, you will foster the development of your employees' skills.

TEAM ANIMATION
- Organize and plan activity (breaks, start and end of shifts…)
- Train new arrivals
- Assist and develop the skills of your team
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

- Ensure compliance with procedures and application of the brand's commercial policy.
Training
With a BAC level education, you have successful experience in team animation and management (M/F). You know how to satisfy a demanding clientele with your sense of welcome and customer service.
Endowed with real leadership, you know how to plan activity, animate a team, and monitor commercial activity.

Contract and working conditions
Hours: 39H from Monday to Sunday (Rotation 1 Sunday out of 4)
Status: Level 5
Remuneration: fixed salary based on experience + annual bonus + health insurance + performance bonus* + 20% discount on purchases in the store
