We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager - Finance Transformation to join our Business Transformation and Processes Optimization Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Finance Transformation, you'll be responsible to:
- Assess end-to-end Finance processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities and prioritise identified opportunities and develop a plan for delivery
- Understand current state of our Finance processes and tech stack, including ERP (NetSuite), FloQast, SAP SuccessFactors, Coupa, ADP, Ceridian, RPA, and identify areas to integrate/ improve or technology and process landscape
- Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements, drive design, test solution, build training and implement identified technology solutions
- Work with partners and internal audit to implement controls during automation and process changes
- Support Agile implementation of finance process automation; highlight risks/ issues and support mitigation/ resolution
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 6-8 years of experience leading and delivering technology enabled Finance transformations
- Knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes such as RTR, O2C, STP, FP&A, Tax and Treasury processes. Accounting background and knowledge in SaaS business
- Experience in successful implementation of tools and technology supporting Finance processes, data, and architectured field.

- Agile program management skills and tools (Example – JIRA, Asana, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (Lucid Charts, Confluence, Google workspace)
- CA, CPA or MBA
